About Weird Wolves.

Weird Wolves conjure a magnetic blend of darkwave, electro-rock, and synth-pop—delivering a sound that’s both haunting and hook-laden.

Formed in 2018 by Raphael Colantonio—acclaimed video game creator (Arkane Studios) known for designing immersive video games like Prey and Dishonored—and vocalist Ava Gore, the project was born from the sudden success of their song “Realization,”  featured on the soundtrack of the highly-influential game Prey: Mooncrash. 

Now based in Austin, Texas, Weird Wolves has evolved into a full band with founding member Raphael Colantonio joined by vocalist/guitarist Celestina Gravely and keyboardist Ben Post. Weird Wolves has grown into a dynamic live act, electrifying audiences with their cinematic energy, dark romanticism, and atmospheric aesthetic. 

With a steadily growing listenership and tracks featured on both darkwave and gamer playlists across the underground, the band is ready to bring their genre-defying sound to stages across the country.
